US postopne 2+2 dialogue with india!!indeed,why? External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj and Defence Minister Nirmala Sitharaman were likely to travel to the U.S. to take part in the meeting. Many reason has been said by wiser of foreign affires........... But i have summerised all in brief  My few points were:- 1.india-rusia weapons s-400 deal  2.india import of crude oil form iran and india also spending money to develop chaapar port of iran ...this will enhance india-afghnistan trade relation 3.from last couple of month someshort of trade war was started between india and USA  4.and lastly External affairs minister sushma swaraj said that india will only only follow UN sanction not any other Sanction(i thing this will hurt US)  Nikki h.
